Meet our Leadership Team
Jessie has 13 years of experience working with children and families impacted by Autism. She began her career as a teacher specializing in behavioral, developmental, and learning disabilities, and spent five years as Special Education Lead and Assistant Principal in Atlanta Public Schools before focusing on her clinical career. She knows first-hand the impact quality ABA can have on your child, as she is also the parent of a child with Autism. She started BlueAsh to provide quality ABA for children with a family-centric approach. Maintaining client dignity, building supportive community, prioritizing school-readiness, and celebrating the whole child are some of the hallmarks of her clinical practice, and the heart behind BlueAsh.
Jessie Johnson, M.Ed., BCBA
Founder & CEO
Christine developed Attachment-Informed ABA™ with one purpose: to make evidence-based therapy as rooted in safety and connection as it is in measurable results. This principle is the foundation of BlueAsh’s model, which combines the precision of Applied Behavior Analysis with decades of research in attachment theory—one of the most extensively validated frameworks in developmental psychology. With over 15 years in ABA and a graduate thesis exploring the link between autism and attachment, Christine translated her insights into a replicable clinical approach. Today, Attachment-Informed ABA™ informs how RBTs are trained, programs are written, and sessions are delivered. At BlueAsh, therapy unfolds in a space where children are met emotionally, socially, and developmentally — ensuring that progress isn’t just measurable, it’s deeply meaningful.
